• Why the Motion In Limine, not allowed to bring in Political Motivations

• Why did the prosecution give the defense on discovery a Corrupted Grand Jury Testimony (Eight missing exculpatory pages deliverd to defense on discovery).

• Why the non disclosure of exculpatory evidence held by the prosecutor for two years prior to trial proving the Lone Material Witness against Gail was actively changing his testimony with a current civil litigant of Gail Dignam's in order to his close female friend and landlord out of a $28,000., civil judgement.
  

• Why the 70 mo. sentence for a non crime according to the Affidavits not allowed in at trial by the Prosecutors and the Judge?

• Why did the Prosecutor use a long line of witnesses at trial who included the same people Gail replaced? And the people who worked for them? This was even more egregious considering that these witnesses were accused in an official State Audit of financial crimes, the details of which Gail was tasked by the Governor to discover after she took their jobs.
